Good Student sometimes volunteers to answer questions from prof and occasionally asks relevant questions of his/her own.	Fair Student answers questions when directly asked by the prof	Poor Student declines to answer questions when directly asked by the prof (and does not volunteer at other times).
DIFFICULT QUESTIONS/ FOLLOWUP it's good to respond when you're not sure of the answer, and to support your reasoning.	Outstanding Student often responds to difficult questions; is willing to be wrong. Responses (including when incorrect) usually show a rationale and/or are followed up on.
