Content Case study was clearly read. All questions were answered: 1. Is speech protected? Test used? 2. Harm? 3. Conflict?	Excellent Entire case study was read clearly and distinctly with no mispronounced words. Group members answered all required questions with 100% accuracy and were able to answer all questions posed by the other students as well as the teacher.	Good Entire case study was read clearly and distinctly with no more than 2 mispronounced words. Group members answered all required questions with 100-90% accuracy and were able to answer most questions posed by the other students as well as the teacher.	Fair Entire case study was read clearly and distinctly with no more than 4 mispronounced words. Group members answered all required questions with 89-80% accuracy and were able to answer most questions posed by the other students as well as the teacher.	Poor Entire case study was not read or difficult to understand and/or more than 4 mispronounced words. Group work/study time Did you stay on task?	Excellent Group stayed on task the entire class time allotted for the project. Group was organized and able to complete project with little to no assistance from the teacher.	Good Used time wisely when working together in group. Group was focused on task.
