Binder Organization

Used on a weekly basis to evaluate a student's organization and work completion among their core classes. Will consult with para or teachers if any question on any of the criteria.

	Poor 1 pts	Fair 3 pts	Good 5 pts
Assignment notebook	Poor Assignment notebook has been filled out 2 or fewer times over the last week. Entries are mostly incomplete.	Fair Assignment notebook has been filled out at least 3 times throughout the previous week. Not all entries are complete.	Good Assignment notebook has been filled out everyday of the previous week. Entries are complete.
Organization	Poor Binder is not organized at all. Papers are improperly placed in the wrong sections. Binder looks messy and disorganized.	Fair Binder is somewhat organized. There are a few papers that are misplaced in the wrong sections.	Good Binder is completely organized. All papers are neatly placed in their correct folder or divider. Binder is able to be closed.
Preparedness	Poor Student does not have correct materials for class including but not limited to: homework assignment, textbook, notes, notebook, pen or pencil.	Fair Student has majority of materials for class, but is still missing a few i.e. pen or pencil, homework, etc.	Good Student has all materials for class and is completely prepared.
Work completion	Poor Student has completed very few to none of the required assignments due in their core classes for the week. Student is receiving DND or I in at least 2 classes.	Fair Student has completed some to most of the assignments due in their core classes for the week. Students is receiving DND or I in no more than 1 class.	Good Student has completed all of the assignments due for the week in their core classes. The assignments were complete and turned in on time. Student is not receiving a DND or I in any classes.
