Identifying Content The big picture!	Excellent Student has an excellent understanding of the different changes and impact which affect the nation and constitutional democracy.	Good Student analyzes at least significant changes on an average scale.	Fair Student analyzes at least one significant which led to the creation of a constitutional democracy.	Not so Good...Nice try though! Student has a hard time identifying changes and impact to the nation.
Appropriate use of content differentiation of content.	Excellent Student is able to successful identify and differentiate the significance of information being taught throughout the unit.	Good Student is able to moderately identify and differentiate the significance of information being taught throughout the unit.	Fair Student struggle to identify and differentiate the significance of information being taught throughout the unit.	Not so Good...Nice try though!
