The topics for I, II, III are all addressed. There is pertinent information in each that should allow the reader to understand what will be explained in the essay. There may be a few questions.

The topics for I, II, III are completed summed up in one sentence or phrase. The transition is seamless from one to another and the reader could pick up the outline and create an essay from it.

The outline is done in pencil with many erasure marks; The outline is done in pen with words marked out. This outline looks like a rough draft. This outline has many mistakes & has not been proofread. It is difficult to read.
