The topics for I, II, III are completed summed up in one sentence or phrase. The transition is seamless from one to another and the reader could pick up the outline and create an essay from it.

The outline is done in pencil with many erasure marks; The outline is done in pen with words marked out. This outline looks like a rough draft. This outline has many mistakes & has not been proofread. It is difficult to read.

This outline has a couple of mistakes and may not have been proofread. This outline seems a bit rushed; as if it hasn't been done in the best handwriting. This outline could improve a lot.

This outline has been done with care. It seems to be proofread and the writer used his/her best handwriting. It may contain a few mistakes. It is quality work.
