Response Quality	Excellent Responses are fully developed, in-depth and strongly on-topic. Students refer to the text and cite page numbers or add quotes to support their writing.	Average Responses are acceptably developed and remain on-topic for the most part. Student occasionally use the text to support their writing.	Below Average Responses are underdeveloped and do not remain on-topic. Students do not use the text to support their writing.
