	Poor Student presents no understanding or clarity. 1 pts	Fair Student presents little understanding and clarity, thoughts are starting to become organized. 2 pts	Good Student presents decent understanding and clarity. Thoughts are organized. 3 pts	Excellent Student presents excellent understanding and clarity. Thoughts are well organized and easy to read and understand. 4 pts
Basic Understanding Presents a basic understanding of the stock market and investing in a company	Poor Student presents no understanding of the stock market and cannot communicate how the investment was done.	Fair Student shows limited understanding of stock market and communicates little about how the investment was done.	Good Student presents a decent understand of the basics of the stock market and communicates a decent amount on how the investment was done.	Excellent Student presents a strong understanding of the stock market and is able to effieciently communicate how the investment was done.
Explanation of investment Explains investment and company chosen as well as presenting potential improvements to investment.	Poor Poorly explains the investment and company chosen, does not present potential improvements.	Fair Explains little about the investment and company chosen, and/or little potential improvements.	Good Explains a decent amount about the investment and company chosen and presents improvements to investment.	Excellent Explains an excellent amount about the investment and company chosen and presents improvements to investment all in a highly organized manner.
Risk and Rewards Describing the risks as well as possible returns on investment chosen.	Poor Student does not address this standard in any manner.	Fair Student addresses either the risk and/or reward, but does so in a limited manner.	Good Student addresses both the risk and reward in a decent manner.	Excellent Student addresses both the risk and reward in an excellent and well organized manner.
Grammer and Spelling	Poor Paper is not spell checked and has multiple grammer issues.	Fair Paper has few spelling errors and grammer issues.	Good Paper is spell checked but still carries gramatical errors.	Excellent Paper is spell checked and does not have any grammer issues.
