On a grid handout create your own crossword puzzle using 15 words from a vocabulary list. Use definitions or sentences as hints for your crossword and identify them as “across” and “down” hints. Make sure you have identified both the direction and number for the word you are defining. Include a key with hints. It is very important that your teacher can complete the puzzle.
