Main Idea and Supporting Details
Main Idea and Supporting Details
Students will create a web graphic organizer to demonstrate knowledge of main idea and detail while using an expository text. The main idea and details will be the focus of the graphic organizer and the supporting details will be evidence. The student will include at least three supporting details. Illustrations will be added to the graphic organizer and must connect to the main idea as well.
