Unacceptable (E)

No Planning. Untidy notes and unable to tell the class what was being sold.
Needs Work ( D)

Little planning. Unclear explanation of what was being presented and who the shop/service was for.

Created a drawing or another way of presenting their shop or service. Good planning by all group members. Class knew who the shop or service was for.

Created a google doc. Great planning , the class knew what was being sold. Well delivered and explained. Neatly presented easy to understand.

Excellent and interesting presentation. Well delivered and planned. The class knew who the service was for. Created a google doc as well as another type of explanation to help class identify with the product.
Understanding of what makes a shop?

No information. Could not explain what a shop or a service is. Brochure or pamphlet hard to follow. Didn't show a logo.
Needs Work ( D)

Very little information. Not sequenced well. Logo was plain and too small. how they advertised it. Unsure what or who they were selling to.

Shows understanding of what makes a shop. Uses appropriate words to explain a shop. Knows what a logo, advertisement is and what the consumer is looking for.

Shows a good understanding of what the community needs. Understands very well what a shop and/or service does for the local community. diagrams and other visuals all labelled correctly and clearly.
Well Done (A)

Shows a great understanding of what makes a shop and how it should meet the needs and wants of their community. Can explain why they chose these goods and/or services. Great use of appropriate language to explain. They included a jingle and other entertaining aspects to the presentation. Attention given to all aspects of this project.

Each member is unsure of their role. Unable to explain project. Obvious that team members didn't work well together.

Some members were unsure of what their role was.The explanation of what they did to bring the presentation together was very limited.

Poor 3D model. Inappropriate materials used. Poor use of colour, logo and advertising materials.

Some inappropriate use of materials. Not well thought through. The layout was confusing and not easy for customers to walk through or purchase their goods or services.

Excellent use of materials. Everything in the shop was used appropriately to help deliver the needs and wants of the customer. The use of colour, brochure, pamphlet and logo helped sell this product very well.

Clear voice easy to understand. Was able to tell us what and who the shop was for. The needs of the consumer have been met. Some members presented.

Clear and easy to understand. Most members presented a well thought through talk. Most sections of the work were explained.
Well Done (A)

Strong, clear voice easy to understand and great expression. Each section of the store was well thought through. Each member was able to explain the process they went through.
Overall Presentation

Unfinished product. Not much work was done to convince or provide a service or shop to the community. very little effort if any on this project.
Needs Work ( D)

Did not explain much about their shop and benefit to the community. Inappropriate service or shop for this community. Unclear logo and not visually appealing. Advertising or brochure was unclear and not very enticing to the consumer.
Good (C)

Presented a clear and simple talk explaining their shop and how it works. Children also showed their working/design and how they arrived at this design to the class. Visually appealing. Brochure or pamphlet was also appropriate. The service or shop would do well in this community.
Very Good (B)

Very good presentation, needs of the community were met. Children used interesting ways to grab the communities attention. Visually appealing, lots of information and thoroughly explained.
Well Done (A)

A well presented entertaining use of materials to show a very well designed shop that meets all the needs and wants in a exciting and interesting way. A very clear visual representation with appropriate labelling.
