Peer Awareness	Poor Student demonstrates little or no awareness of peers. Requires on-going adult prompts to look at or engage with peers in any way.	Fair Student responds to greeting from peer with no more than two adult cues by looking at peer.	Good Student responds to peer greeting or question with at least one response (verbal or electronic) with no more than one adult cue.	Consistent Student responds to peer greeting or question with a response (verbal or electronic) without adult prompt.
Participation	Poor Given visual support, student requires on-going adult support to participate in one familiar activity.	Fair Given visual support such as a choice board, student selects and engages in two activities with peers with frequent adult prompting.	Good Given visual support, student selects and participates in two activities with peers with occasional adult cues to sustain activities until completed.	Consistent Student participates in more than two familiar activities with peers with no more than one adult prompt between activities.
Stamina	Poor Student engages in activity with peer for no more than 5 minutes with adult cues.	Fair Student engages in activity with peer for at least 10 minutes with adult verbal and/or gestural prompts.	Good Student engages in activity with peer for at least 15 minutes with occasional adult prompts.	Consistent Student engages in activities with peer for more than 15 minutes with no more than one adult prompt.
