This rubric will evaluate student's work in the classroom in terms of work completion, following directions, and time management.

	Excellent 3 pts	Good 2 pts	Unsatisfactory 1 pts
Class Work Completion	Excellent Classwork is always 100% complete and completed to student's best ability working according to the task description.	Good Classwork is partially complete and needs minor corrections. It is completed to student's best ability and student is working according to the task description.	Unsatisfactory The student does not complete classwork in time period given, refuses to start or abandons classwork once started.
Ability to Follow Directions	Excellent Always follows directions to the letter. Uses others and tools for guides when needed. Student is able to complete the task without assistance.	Good Mostly follows directions. Listens to others around him when needed. Student is able to complete the task with little assistance.	Unsatisfactory Student is often non-compliant when given directions. Student refuses tools or is unable to complete the task when offered assistance.
Student Preparedness/time Mgmt	Excellent Student independently gathers all materials and is always completely ready to get work. Routinely uses time well throughout classwork.	Good Student gathers most of the needed materials and may need assistance in getting ready to work. Most of the time the student uses their time well.	Unsatisfactory Student makes no effort to gather needed materials. Student refuses tools and assistance offered to get organized. Does not use their time well
