Character Trait Analysis Essay 
Write a 5 paragraph descriptive essay about a character in To Kill a Mockingbird. Use the writing techniques we have studied in class, including vivid verbs, figurative language, and sensory details. In the first paragraph, start with a descriptive hook, give a focus (setting, protagonist, purpose) and decide how best to organize your description, using transitions to guide your reader through the next 4 paragraphs. Be sure to edit for spelling, grammar, mechanics and usage. Hand in rubric rough draft, peer edit and typed final draft.
