Personal Contract Part II Specific beginning and ending dates, measurable goal, and mini-goals.	Meets Expectations A clear starting and ending date is identified. Factors on how to measure whether or not the goal is met is clear. At least three mini goals have been stated using SMART method.	Average Steps are lacking clarity and/or explanation.
