Initial Posting Explores, explains, expands upon the issue/question being discussed. Uses text and experience to discuss subject matter. Demonstrates analysis on various levels other than personal.	Mastery Posts well developed content/responses that fully address all aspects of the tasks/requirements. Posts factually correct, reflective and substantive contributions and advances the discussion.	Proficient Posts well developed content / responses that address all aspects of the task / requirements; however, lacks full development of concepts. Posts information that is factually correct; however, it lacks full development of thought.	Satisfactory Posts adequate content / responses with superficial thought and preparation; however, doesn't address all aspects of the tasks / requirements. Posts no content / responses. Repeats but does not add substantive information to the discussion. Posts information that is off-topic, incorrect, or irrelevant to the discussion.	Approaching Does not post adequate content.
Follow-Up Postings Promotes interaction and asks engaging questions or makes debatable remarks.
