While working on your projects, i encourage you to take a look at this rubric, by which i will be grading you. If you follow what you need to do at class, you will do very well! 	Poor 1 pts	Fair 3 pts	Good 5 pts
Elements of Design	Poor Student completed the minimum, and art was not completed	Fair Student completed the project and used the elements learned in class, yet the lack of planning was evident	Good The art work shows that the student applied the elements of art, that were discussed in class, in a unique manner
Creativity	Poor The student work lacked sincere originality	Fair The student work demonstrated originality	Good The student work demonstrated a unique level of originality
Effort/Skill	Poor Students did not finish their work in a satisfactory manner, and their work reflected a lack of understanding	Fair The students completed their art work at an average manner, and show average understanding of the theme	Good The student showed an above average effort on finishing art work. Art work is outstanding, and shows a deep understanding of the theme
Class Participation	Poor Student communicates few, if any comments during class discussions	Fair Student engages in answering questions in a sporadic manner	Good Student continually answers questions and shares his/her feelings about the subject on an above average level
Cleaning-Up	Poor Student shows little to no responsibility of cleaning up his/her space in a timely manner	Fair Student shows average responsibility, but needs to perform it in a timely manner	Good Student shows outstanding responsibility of cleaning up in a timely manner
