Heading	Poor No identification on paper.	Fair Name on paper but there is no number.	Good Both name and number are clearly written on the top of the page.
Content	Poor Answers are answered poorly and imcompletely.	Fair Answers are correct but are not complete thoughts in complete sentences.	Good Answers are well thought out and written in an excellent writing style.
Presentation	Poor Messy work and writing is difficult to read.	Fair Writing is neat but punctuation is missing.	Good Excellent cursive writing, easy to read, and paper is complete.
Page Turned In	Poor The teacher asks for paper to be turned in after it is due.	Fair Paper is turned in the following day after it is due.	Good Paper turned in on the due date or when the teacher asks for it the first time.
