Writing A Letter 
Students will write a letter to a Pen-Pal who lives somewhere outside of Nevada. Describe Nevada's relative location, its climate, weather, and natural resources. Then explain how these thing affect your every day life. For example the cloths you wear, the activities you do, etc...
