Fully Meets Expectations Student displays a variety of mostly correct facts.	Exceeds Expectations Student displays a variety of correct facts.
Completion	Below Expectations Project is not complete and missing several key elements.	Meets Basic Expectations Project is missing some key elements.	Fully Meets Expectations Project is mostly complete but has an essential element missing.	Exceeds Expectations Project is entirely complete with all elements of the project included.
Spelling, Grammar, and Punctuation	Below Expectations Project has little or no punctuation and/or correct spelling. Topic or material unclear due to excessive errors.
