Food/Culture Exploration 
Student will choose a German food item for their research. 1. Students will find a German recipe for a food item and write it in the German language. Due date: 05/13/2014 2. Students will write a minimum of one double spaced page about the history and/or important cultural facts about the chosen food item. Due date: 05/19/2014 3. Students will create a poster board that includes step 1 and 2 along with a visual demonstration of the German food item. Due date: 05/23/2014
