Students will illustrate a hand with the job they want to have when they grow up. This is where the students will decide what they want to be when they grown up, learn about the job duties, and illustrate themselves doing the job.

	Good Picked three jobs to do the project on. 3 pts	Fair Only picked two jobs to do the project on. 2 pts	Poor Only picked one job to do the project on. 1 pts
Decorated Hand	Good The hand is fully decorated, creative, and relates to the job the student picked.	Fair The hand is somewhat decorated and not much effort was put into it.	Poor The hand isn't decorated at all.
Presentation	Good Student shared their hand and explained the reason for picking the job.	Fair Student shared their hand and the job they chose but didn't explain why.	Poor Student did not participate in sharing.
Requirements	Good Student meets all the requirements of learning the job and illustrating him/herself doing the job.	Fair Student illustrated the job and some pictures of the job on the hand.	Poor Student did not illustrate him/herself doing the job.
