Contributions are thoughtful and relevant, but are not supported with course content or content found via research if applicable.	Requires further effort Information has little or nothing to do with the main topic or simply restates the main concepts. Statements are not supported.
Participation	Excellent Responds to at least one + member of the online class. Encourages and facilitates interaction among members of the online class. 1 additional point will be given if replies meet due date.	Satisfactory Responds to at least one member of the online class. Response does not facilitate further interaction among members of the online class. 0.5 points will be given for a delay of 1 day past reply due date.	Requires further effort Limited or no response to members of the online class. 0 points given for reply greater than 1 day past due date.
