The presentation was inarticulate and difficult to follow. Poor delivery and timing of information. Did not seem to know the material. Poor discussion and/or understanding.

The presentation was mostly smooth and seamless, few verbal pauses. The Learner appeared calm, had a general grasp of information.
Proficient delivery and timing of information. Proficient discussion initiated/ maintained
Fair

The presentation was choppy, difficult to follow. Learner did not have a grasp on the information. Frequent pauses for him or her to find their place. Too many unnecessary words. Needs more interaction and discussion of questions.

The presentation was smooth and seamless. The learner appeared to understand and in communicate the information clearly. Exceptional delivery. Exceptional discussion intiated and maintained to facilitate learning

The PowerPoint slides were completely unrelated to the topic being discussed and/or were unintelligible. Weak conclusions. Presentation needs to be more logical and organized.

The PowerPoint slides were somewhat organized. Student somewhat understands the dynamics, presented some realistic alternatives, objectives, some sound implementation strategies.

The PowerPoint slides were difficult to understand and difficult to read. Student does not understand the case information. Unrealistic solutions.

The PowerPoint slides were clear and understandable. Student understands the dynamics, presented realistic alternatives, objectives, sound implementation strategies.
