Visuals Either 2 hand-drawn visuals or 4 printed. Visuals should be in color, done neatly, and in color.	Poor No visuals present.	Fair Visuals are incomplete and/or of poor quality. Little effort given. Neither Japan or Europe are completely covered, labels missing, etc.	Good Overall, visuals are well done! One visual may be missing or incomplete (no labels, not in color, etc) or one side (Japan/Europe) is not present.	Excellent Great job! At least one visual present for each side. Each one is labeled, in color, and connected with the topic and explanations.
Explanations Similarities and differences must be present and explained well. Should be typed/printed or written neatly in ink.	Poor No explanations present.	Fair Explanations are poorly done (incomplete, off topic, etc) or only one side (Japan or Europe) is present.	Good Explanations are solid! But, could be stronger or more complete. One side needed further explanation.	Excellent Excellent work! Explanations on both sides are complete, with solid information and details.
Neatness The entire poster should be in good shape, along with the visuals and explanations. No pencil should be present. Any writing should be in blue/black ink.	Poor Poster is hard to read, incomplete, not ready for grading.	Fair Neatness is not acceptable. Parts of the project are missing or damaged.	Good Poster is well done!	Excellent
