Video is poorly shot, does not show creativity, is dark, unfocused, or shaky.

Video uses the correct basic shots, but has some shake or focus issues. Generally okay, but some mistakes distract the viewer.

Video is sharp, colors are balanced, steady, and shows creative use of the camera.
Audio
Poor
Audio is noisy or missing. Improperly mic'ed.
Fair
Audio is generally clear, but is not using the right microphone. May be hard to understand in places. Does not contain Nat Sound or Music with Ducking.
Good
Audio is rich, full and properly mic'ed. VIdeo contains music and levels are appropriate. Audio ducks when dialog takes place. Also includes Nat Sound.
Editing
Poor
Project shows little effort in editing, very few cuts, or cuts are not placed accurately.
Fair
Editing is mostly smooth, but a few cuts are ill-made, and an extra content(B-Roll) is not present.
Good
Editing supports and progresses the story; includes additional content beyond the camera video, uses specil effects and audio mixing.
