Exceptional effort and very colorful	Good Flag is complete according to directions. The overall attempt is average.	Poor Flag shows little or no effort...thrown together without care. Flag has little or no color at all.
Flag Information Description of symbols and colors	Excellent At the back of each flags the following info could be found: - 5 sentences describing the symbols and colors	Good At the back of each flag only few of the required information could be found.	Poor At the back of each flag only one or none required information could be found.
