Theme	Excellent Theme was easily identified due to the selection of pictures, words, or textures included on the collage. Collage shows student has a firm understanding of the theme of the play	Proficient Theme was somewhat able to be determined, but difficult to relate to the items included on the collage. Collage shows some understanding of the theme of the play	Emerging Theme is partially able to be determined, but not relatable to the items on the collage. Collage shows little understanding of the theme of the play	Beginning Difficult to determine what the theme was by the pictures, words, or textures of the collage. Collage shows no understanding of the theme of the play
Clarity of Theme	Excellent Collage represents the theme in a coherent and attractive way	Proficient Collage shows some thought to theme, but is lacking important pieces	Emerging Collage shows little thought to the theme	Beginning No theme is present in the collage.
