Genres Booklet

Students will choose at least three types of fiction and create a booklet that demonstrates their knowledge about the genres they chose. They will be given two class periods to work on the project and may work on it at home.

Content	Poor Student only includes one type of fiction and information is incomplete or inaccurate.	Fair Student includes two types of fiction with information that is slightly incomplete or inaccurate.	Good Student includes three types of literatureand uses decent grammar and spelling.	Excellent Student includes more than three types of literature; information is complete, relevant, and accurate with correct grammar and spelling.
Organization	Poor Booklet has no logical organization.	Fair Booklet is somewhat organized.	Good Booklet has some logical organization.	Excellent Booklet is logically organized.
Creativity	Poor Booklet is bland and unimaginative.	Fair Booklet is engaging and creative in only a few areas, but needs improvement in others.	Good Booklet is mostly creative and imaginative.	Excellent Booklet is creative, original, and imaginative.
