*Student weaves in and out of character slightly throughout performance.
*Student subtly breaks focus when possible distractions in the class occur.

*Student never truly becomes their character enough to produce any kind of believability for the audience.
*Student's focus is easily broken; attention wavers often and student looks around the room or at the audience.

*Student makes little to no attempt at staying in any type of character.
*Student lacks focus and seems unprepared.
* Student does not care about their final exam grade.
