Personal Narrative
Share something that has happened to you. You may write about something happy, sad, tramatic, adventureous, humorous or life-changing. Whatever you choose, it must be a topic you are willing to share with others. This narrative must have a theme or lesson. In other words, why would someone else want to read your writing? Was there something you learned from your experience? Why is it important to you now? Write your narrative to include YOUR voice. The examples read to you may give you ideas but your narrative must be from your own voice.
