Developing Student is not able to operate sewing machine with several attempts. There is some evidence of back stitching

Has completed all steps, including the filling, in order to present a completed project without any assistance.	Acceptable Student presents completed project in good condition. Has completed all steps in order to present a completed project with minor assistance.	Developing Student presents completed project in fair condition. Has completed all steps in order to present a completed project with assistance.
