Oral performance	Poor Speaking is not clear and hesitation is persistent troughout the video.	Fair Speaking is a little bit confusing but main idea is transmitted. Still hesitates when communicating.	Good Speaking is clear, but sometimes sounds unnatural and not convincing.	Excellent Speaking is completely clear and all ideas are totally understood with good pace and rhythm.
