Does not identify and solve problems of the group using consensus but tends to focus on disagreements with the other group members.

Can identify problems but needs adult assistance/guidance to negotiate and find consensus with group members on 3/5 given opportunities

Can identify and solve problems of an adult guided group using consensus, with no more than upfront directions of expected behaviors, on 4/5 given opportunities.
