The goal is somewhat appropriate for the individual student but does not provide enough challenge for personal growth in the sated time frame. The goal is mostly reasonable given the student's abilities and can probably be achieved.
Needs Improvement

The goal is not appropriate for the individual student. The goal does not challenge the student or is too challenging to complete within the stated time frame. The goal is only partially reasonable given the student's abilities and will likely not be achieved.

Needs Improvement

There is no time frame written into the goal. Has an indefinite date of what will be accomplished by this date AND has an unclear time frame by which the goal should be accomplished.
