Buena Had good pronunciation, but with more than a couple of errors with words not easily understood. Pace of speech was ok, not fully understood by all. Voice was sufficiently loud to be heard clearly by all.	Insuficiente Had unclear pronunciation with many words that were not easily understood. Pace of speech was too fast or garbled at times. Voice was not loud enough to be heard clearly by all.

Listener had some knowledge of what the dish being presented was about.	Insuficiente Presentation was difficult to follow. Many of the steps did not necessarily make sense to the listener. Listener had no clue as to what the dish being presented was about.
