Name of Figures	Exemplary Student named all of the figures correctly.	Proficient Student named 7-8 of the figures correctly	Progressing Student named 4-6 of the 9 figures correctly	Needs Rethinking Student named 3 or fewer of the figures correctly.
Definition	Exemplary A thorough written definition was given that was stated with 100% accuracy for all words.	Proficient Most words had an accurate definition.	Progressing Some of the words had an accurate definition.	Needs Rethinking No definition was given.
Construction	Exemplary Great care taken in construction/drawing process so that the representation is neat, and exhibits figure attributes accurately.	Proficient Construction/drawing was careful and accurate for the most part, but 1-2 details could have been refined for a more accurate product.	Progressing Some attempt shown in construction/drawing, but 3-4 details could have been refined for a more accurate product.	Needs Rethinking Construction/drawing appears careless or haphazard.
