Creativity	Poor Project is poorly-planned and has no real "umph" to it. A lazy attempt was made at being "creative."	Fair Student shows a basic level of creativity and completes a minimum amount of work just to get by.	Good The project is fun and interesting, yet lacks the "thinking outside the box" creativity.	Amazing Student obviously spent real TIME on the project and shows a level of thinking "outside the box." Project is truly interesting and engaging.
Link to Character/s	Poor The student fails to develop or even mention the main character/s.	Fair The student simply mentions the character, but fails to develop him or her.	Good The character/s are mentioned and somewhat developed, but you don't get a REAL sense of their persona.	Amazing By viewing or reading the presentation, audience gets a feel for the characters in the story.
Neatness	Poor Sloppy. Quickly done. Lazy.	Fair Project is nice, and isn't completely sloppy, but fails to show true effort.	Good The project is clean and tidy but a few elements were rushed and there's a hint of sloppiness.	Amazing Time was spent on this work! All writing and pictures are clean and fully illustrated, and "symmetry" is adhered to.
