Lesson plans are well-planned out, all areas of template are completed. Lessons are moderately planned or repetitive in nature. Monotone, stumbles over words, lacks confidence with language.	Fair Power point is well organized and meets most requirements; understanding of the Spanish language is displayed through creativity; clear articulation of familair words; some mispronunciation; displays abiliy to hold a basic conversation, makes solid effort.	Good Power point is well organized and meets all requirements. Exceptional understanding of the Spanish language is displayed through creativity. Exceptional confidence with vocabulary and pronunciation is displayed through poise, clear articulation, and enthusiasm; able to engage in complex dialogue.
