Overall Presentation The overall aesthetic of the video. The overall impression from viewing.	Does Not Meet There are many problems with the video that distract from its effectiveness. Problems may include sound issues, poor information, not enough pictures, too brief, etc. PSA is less than 2 minutes or longer than 3 minutes.	Partially Meets There are some problems but overall this is able to communicate about the issue. PSA is less than 2 minutes secs or longer than 3 minutes.	Meets the Standard Any problems are so minimal that they don't distract from the effectiveness of the message. PSA is between 2-3 minutes.	Proficient with Distinction Movie is well edited and fully complete. PSA is between 2-3 minutes
Organization	Does Not Meet PSA is a series of unrelated clips; may be silly or project not taken seriously.	Partially Meets Students take project seriously but information may be organized in a way that makes the psa difficult to understand.	Meets the Standard Material is well organized. Some photos/clips may be loosely related to topic.	Proficient with Distinction Material is well organized and all clips make sense with the topic.
Pictures/video	Does Not Meet Pictures/ video are blurry and detract from the PSA. OR too few pictures/videos to send the appropriate message.	Partially Meets Pictures/video are clear but do not have much to do with the topic of the PSA	Meets the Standard Pictures and video are well suited to the topic. Some may be slightly blurry or out of focus but most are clear and easily visible.	Proficient with Distinction Pictures and video are well suited to the topic. Allare clear and easily visible.
Audio	Does Not Meet No voice/music track of any kind.	Partially Meets Music or voice track is hard to understand. Most music matches the tone of the video.	Meets the Standard Music or voice is easy to hear most of the time. Music matches the tone of the video	Proficient with Distinction Music or voice track is easy to hear throughout the entire video. Music enhances the message of the video.
Transitions/Special Effects	Does Not Meet Student has used no special effects and no transitions.	Partially Meets Student has used photo/video effects, but they do not enhance the overall quality of the PSA. Transitions may be used but not consistently.
