Influential African American with a Disability Project 
Students will research one of the two preselected Influential African Americans with a disability and create a visual aid, displaying the following: 2 photos, background information (Birth/Death information, are they married or have children), education. A minimum of 15 facts must be included. PA Standards History: 8.3.9 A 8.4.9 A Identify and evaluate the political and cultural contributions of individuals and groups to the United States history from 1890 to the present CC 8.5.6-8.G
