Letter to Author as final book project. 
Students will write a letter to the author of the book the student just completed. Students will share their connections, observations, and questions with the author. Students should write a draft, revise it, then write a final copy of their letter. It must be two pages, and double spaced, in a formal letter format! Each paragraph must be 5 sentences.
