Understanding Content	Excellent Project shows student's complete understanding of the content of the text.	Average Project show some of student's understanding of the content of the text.	Below Average Project show's little understanding of the content of the text.	Incomplete Student has not understanding of the content of the text.
Creativity/Originality	Excellent Student's ideas were very original and well-thought out.	Average Student ideas were original, but not all well thought out.	Below Average Student's ideas are generic and run-of-the-mill.	Incomplete Project has no creative appeal.
Completeness	Excellent Student completed everything entailed in the description with regards to the project.	Average Student completed 3/4 of the project (but not everything the description entailed).	Below Average Student completed 1/2 of the project (but not everything the description entailed).	Incomplete Student did not complete the project.
Accuracy/Details	Excellent Students completed their projects with accurate research and attention to detail.	Average Student completed the project but did not include accurate research or attention to detail.	Below Average Student work was incomplete with a complete lack of attention to detail and no visible research went into the project.	Incomplete Student did not complete the project. There was a complete disregard of factual information provided in the story and no research was completed.
