The plot cannot be followed because there is little to no chronological order. The main idea is not very clear.

The plot is not present. Student can not explain know the main idea of the story
Oral Presentation / Written Project

Excellent

The presentation is interesting, colorful, and complete. All required elements are evident in the presentation of oral and illustrated projects.
The student can explain his book with no without reading from the Written Presentation/ poster.
Good

Presentation is somewhat interesting, colorful, and at least three of the four elements are present in oral, written, and illustrated presentations.
The student has difficulty presenting without the help of the written presentation.
Fair

The presentation is limited in information and interest. No color is used for visual presentations. Less than three of the four elements are present in any of the types of presentations.
The student needed more practice for his/her presentation.
Poor

The presentation has no information and is not interesting. The student is unable to present. Shows a lack of practice. Has to read everything.
