Leadership	Poor Student has a no natural ability to organize and lead others in a positive way.	Fair Student has some natural abilities to organize and lead others in a positive way.	Good Student has good natural abilities to organize and lead others in a positive way.	Excellent Student has a natural ability to organize and lead others in a positive way.
Activities/Services/Citizenship	Poor Student is not involved.	Fair Student is involved as expected.	Good Student is involved in more than most of his/her peers.	Excellent Student exceeds normal expectations of involvement of his peers.
Grade point average	Poor Student has a GPA of less than 2.5	Fair Student has a GPA of 2.5 - 2.9	Good Student has a GPA of 3.0 to 3.49	Excellent Student has a GPA of 3.5 - 4.0
Discipline	Poor Student has three or more discipline infractions during the quarter.	Fair Student has two discipline infractions during the quarter.	Good Student has one discipline infractions during the quarter.	Excellent Student has zero discipline infractions during the quarter.
