Delivery is natural and so fluent that the speaker is a pleasure to listen to.
Good

Delivery is fairly fluent with only two hesitations. The listener does not feel the need to prompt the speaker.
Fair

There is a degree of fluency, but the speaker stops 3 times. The listener may feel they want to hurry the speaker along.
Poor

Delivery is stilted and faltering. The listener often feels the need to hurry the speaker along with prompts or interruptions.
Pronunciation

Excellent

The speaker articulates sounds clearly and correctly, and speaks with the appropriate word stress and intonation. The listener has no problems understanding what is being said. Speaker makes 0 or 1 pronunciation errors.
Good

There is some influence of the first language on the speaker's articulation of sounds. Overall, this does not detract from what the speaker is saying and poses no comprehension problems.there are 2 or 3 pronunciation errors
Fair

At times the listener has to work hard to understand what is being said. The speaker makes 4 or 5 pronunciation errors.
Poor

Pronunciation of words, word stress and/or intonation is so strongly influenced by the first language that the listener has frequent problems recognizing what the speaker is trying to say.
