Project quality Project demonstrates effort and attention to detail.	Approaching Project appears to be put together quickly, without attention to detail.	Meeting Project clearly demonstrates that time and effort were taken. Neat, clear, and organized.	Exceeding Project demonstrates a high degree of effort. Project is eye-catching, engaging, and/or thought-provoking.
Delivery of message Entrant's message and commitment to the topic is clear.	Approaching Entrant's message is clear, but evidence of commitment to the topic is missing.
