This is an experiential exercise designed to simulate an immigrant's experience as they are processed at Ellis Island in the late 1800s. Your participation in the exercise is worth 45 points. You will earn 5 points for each rubric point.

You were somewhat familiar with your assigned role and followed some of the instructions correctly; however, you had to be reminded to play your role.
