Work Ethic	Excellent Always does agreed upon work without needing reminders.	Good Usually does agreed upon work. Sometimes needs reminders.	Fair Rarely does agreed upon work. Often needs reminders.	Needs Improvement Always relies on others to do the work.
Prepared and motivated?	Excellent Comes to the garden fully prepared to work and stays motivated throughout the class.
