Folding clothes
	Meets Goal 4 pts	Appraoching Goal 3 pts	Below Goal 2 pts	No Understanding 1 pts
Behavior	Meets Goal Student sat in chair, did not talk out of turn, completed work.	Appraoching Goal Student was able to sit in chair and complete work with very little redirection.	Below Goal Student needed some more redirection to sit in chair, talk in turn, and/or to complete task.	No Understanding Student was not able to perform the task because of poor behavior.
Disposition	Meets Goal Student was excited to learn and complete their work. Student is able to fold towls and/or sheets with some to no assistance.	Appraoching Goal Student maintained attention through the task for task completion.	Below Goal Student attended to highly desired objects and topics, but needed redirection to attend to non-desired topics or items. Student is emerging generalization.	No Understanding Student completed work but has extreme noninterest in project, therefore a lot of hand-over-hand assistance is needed.
Performance	Meets Goal Student is able to complete folding towels and sheets with 100% accuracy.	Appraoching Goal Student is able to fold clothes, but needs some assistance and reminders.	Below Goal More hand-over-hand or modeling is needed to complete the task, but the student developed more independence towards end of the task.	No Understanding More guidance and practice is needed to develop this skill.
