Overeating/Undereating
Students will: -Analyse the effects of undereating (e.g., as a result of bulimia or sports dieting) and overeating (e.g., obesity) on health and well-being. -Identify ways to maintain a healthy body weight. You may work alone or in a group to create a piece of work that will demonstrate your understanding of the above curriculum expectations. The style of presentation is up to you. You may want to write a written report, create a poster, video, powerpoint presentation, dramatic skit, rap song, talk show, or information brochure. The information will need to be presented in front of the class. Please make sure your idea is approved by the teacher.
